THE WHY

We believe that cocktails using the best ingredients, deserve the premium ice. That’s why at Plymouth Ice we make large crystal-clear ice cubes that melt at slower dilution rates than your standard cubed ice.

The Process

Using filtered water that is frozen and agitated over 48 hours, produces large, crystal clear ice without impurities which will not add any unwanted flavour to your cocktails.

The Result

Each block is checked for clarity and precision and individually cut. Bespoke ice sizes can be made for individual customers which can be trialled with your glassware to ensure you have the best fit.
